A small operation with one job: move mail between two Gmail accounts without losing anything along the way.
What we do
People change jobs, leave universities, consolidate old addresses. The mail in those accounts is often years of correspondence that nobody wants to lose and nobody wants to move by hand. We copy it across, with labels and read state intact, either once or on a schedule.
How we handle your mail
Both accounts are connected through Google's own sign-in, so we never receive a password, and you can withdraw that access at any time from your Google account. Each message is read from one mailbox and written to the other in the same pass — we keep the message id needed to avoid copying anything twice, not the message.
